I am currently the Partnerships Development Manager at HACE where I drive business growth and community impact by building strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, local organizations, and philanthropy to advance economic equity and wealth building initiatives. As a Senior Associate in the Raben Group’s Governmental Affairs & Policy Counsel practice, I have developed expertise in crafting political and business strategies that align corporate objectives with policy outcomes. I specialize in cross-functional project management and building relationships between policymakers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory environments and advance business-critical projects. I excel at translating complex regulatory challenges into actionable business strategies and building cross-functional coalitions to drive social impact objectives. In addition to Raben, I also served as Director of Development and Partnerships at the Friends of the National Museum of the American Latino (FRIENDS). In this capacity, I effectively build and maintain relationships with all external stakeholders with an aim to lead the organization\'s fundraising efforts and cultivate strategic partnerships. I am responsible for managing the entire grant management lifecycle for the organization as well as management of our board of directors and national partners. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Government with a specialization in the intersection of Business & Public Policy. I am a Bill Archer Fellow and an Alumni of Texas Blazers where I led education equity projects at East Austin high schools.
