Experienced professional Manager with over 30 year’s experience of Management and leadership within the Social Housing sector (Local Authority and Housing Associations). Predominantly within maintenance & Asset services including repairs & maintenance, out of hours service, voids, planned & Cyclical Maintenance, Estate services, Grounds & Waste Management, Social Enterprise project and Compliance.My experience includes management of associated budgets, supply chains, transport, IT management systems, health & safety, performance and people management.I have a lot of experience of change management including TUPE and in-sourcing of workforce, and am someone who enjoys innovation, always looking for ways to improve service, efficiencies and achieve value for money.Training & QualificationsVarious management & leadership qualifications and training courses undertaken throughout my career. Including coaching, change management, Agile (Scrum), conversant with IT systems, Microsoft packages, support worker training, CSCS qualified, health & safety trained, finance & budgets, customer focus, trainer skills, Project management skills, good communication skills.Currently undertaking consultancy roles within the repairs service, reviewing processes & procedures, contracts, contractors & suppliers, working practices, systems and performance and workforce management.
