Utilizing my unique 20 year work experience which includes; Adhesive & Silicone Formulation, Product Development, Process Engineering, Capital Projects, Product Management and Territory Sales, I am responsible for investigating and ultimately selecting medical and industrial tape markets/opportunities utilizing our current technology and manufacturing capabilities with the goal of increasing sales by 25% annually. My Duties include; crafting our value proposition for each market segment, generating prospect lists for sales team, initial sales calls and account screening, defining market and product performance requirements, identify product/performance gaps, leading product development teams, generating sales and marketing collateral, sales and customer training, tradeshow investigation and coordination, collaboration with vendors on new developments/technologies and how to utilize them, identify and qualify the latest trends which would benefit our business, and finally provide recommendations to senior staff for capital improvements and/or acquisition targets to keep Mactac’s capabilities current with market requirements.
