Permanent – Apr 2019 to present - Programme Manager Redcentric Solutions (MSP) Contract - Jul 2018 to Apr 2019 (extended Oct 2018, Jan 2019) Reporting to the Head of Assurance and Compliance, managing a number of strategic improvements and risk remediation projects. Managing customer Due Diligence enquiries including Information Security, Risk Assessment, GDPR/DPA, Business Continuity, Environmental (ESG), PCI-DSS, System and Site Audits. Providing support and consultation to Bid Management on new opportunities. Matrix managed a number of teams, including Product Development, Core Networks and Network Support to deliver the YHPSN Framework projects. Following conversion to permanent, I reported to the CTO and drove the Managed Firewall Service (new product), and IAAS Refresh projects, utilising PRINCE2 governance and controls. This involved CxO stakeholder management, working with Product Managers and cross company teams, utilising and improving the new Transition into Service process. Key Achievements: • Reporting to the Global Operations Director, delivered a £3m vmWare IAAS platform refresh, with integration to the Core Network, and DR at two DCs. Team of 14 Infrastructure, Network engineers, and TDA. Managed Dell EMC and vmWare suppliers. Over 200 customers and 2500 VMs migrated to the new platform. • Affinity. Upgrade of Telephony Rating and Billing system. • Managed the design, build, implementation and transition into service of a SIEM platform. • Managed several external annual certifications including NHS CNSP, Cabinet Office PSN • InfoSec Forum. Produced TOR and chaired the quarterly Forum with cross company representation. • Transition Manager. Managed and improved the Transition process Managed several Assurance and Compliance projects- o Cyber Comply implementation – Risk Management tool across the organisation o Harrogate Office and DC CCTV implementation • Assisted Delivery Director by supporting PMs on difficult network rollouts.
