As Nu-way\'s Manufacturing Support Manager, I\'m responsible for reviewing all existing customers parts, BOM\'s and methods for any opportunities in time/cost reduction. My goal is to eliminate waste throughout all operations and make recommendations for ease of manufacturability. I\'ve been involved in cell set-ups, new equipment implementation, and tooling development. Im interested in new technologies and how they apply to our industry! 22 years experience in precision sheet metal fabrication. Specialties include: programming / operating Prima-Power Lasers/turrets, dynamic nesting, Fiber Lasers, SB right angle sheer/ Electric and hydraulic panel benders EB5/250 as well as the EBE/200. Knowledge of PLC systems, NC Express, and Siemens CNC controllers. Very knowledgeable with NT FMS. I am familiar with Wiedemann turrets, and Trumpf lasers,TruTops Boost programming/ Toykokie press brakes and all manner of sheet metal shop machinery. Strong background using special tooling, and nesting software. Have also worked with Rofin remote laser welding systems as well as Motoman and Fanuc six axis robots. Familiar with all types of metallic alloys and gauges, grinding, Pnuematics, and assembly processes including hardware insertion and C&C stud welding tables.
