Mr. Rutledge manages a staff of security professionals performing duties in personnel security, physical security, program security and industrial security. He oversees the implementation of Federal security regulations that apply to company operations and coordinates with government agencies to obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations. Mr. Rutledge oversees the preparation of manuals and other guidance documents outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and maintaining records, and for granting personnel and visitor accesses to restricted records and materials.
