ABOUT STEVE ROSS
I’ve had a unique broad career with leadership roles in omni channel design & implementation, stores, e-commerce, operations, merchandise planning & logistics and as of late omni software. From these roles, I have developed a strong skill set in omni channel integration, project & program management, change management, finance, analytics, LEAN Six Sigma as well as strategy design and implementation. This base of experience has helped me to successfully lead efforts that have designed and implemented successful omni channel strategies that bridge the business channels and leveraged assets across the entire enterprise. I have built my career around leading teams from front line associates down to the C Suite in the work of solving the usually complex puzzle of designing and ultimately implementing an omni strategy.
