Having successfully created the strategy, the deployment, maintenance and lead generation for the company has now become my focus and role.gTECHserv is now functioning as a service and a sales organization, currently has one sales represntative, myself and Brian functioning in sales capacities while I manage and build the sales organization. Successful management, training and sales growth is now my main function for 2012. Goals have been set and are already being exceeded.
