For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of energy efficiency, lighting innovation, and strategic ESCO partnerships, helping organizations reduce energy consumption while improving infrastructure performance. My career began in 1993 when I co-founded Interlocken Services, delivering turnkey lighting solutions across the Southeastern United States. In Interlocken merged with Retro-Tech Systems, where I served as Vice President and Sales Manager, helping expand the company’s reach across the Southwest while building long-term partnerships within the ESCO community. Today, as Regional Sales Manager at Envocore, I work closely with energy service companies, contractors, and facility leaders to develop solutions that improve building performance through: • Energy-efficient lighting upgrades • Water efficiency initiatives • Building envelope improvements • Performance-based infrastructure solutions My approach has always been relationship-driven. The most successful projects come from strong partnerships, trust, and a deep understanding of each client’s operational goals. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations navigate the technical, financial, and operational aspects of energy efficiency projects — ensuring solutions are not only effective but also practical and sustainable.
