I love all things technology. Whether I’m leading a Product Development initiative or identifying the technologies needed to advance a company’s overall strategy, I love working with dynamic teams where the work is complex and the product is interesting. In my nearly 20-year career at a franchise enterprise, I had the opportunity to grow my technical and leadership skills while the company grew from 1 location to 175 franchises with a corporate staff of >50. I’m excited that I got to try so many things and learn a breadth of technical roles spanning software development, product ownership, and technology implementation. In the next chapter of my career, I’m looking to apply that breadth of knowledge for another growing company. Product Manager / Owner roles intrigue me, but I’m also interested in the idea of spearheading the technology group for another start-up where I can mentor, scale and lead a high-performing team.I have a sharp business acumen developed through a diversity of roles, and I’m a believer in the importance of understanding the customer experience in order to drive technical strategy.
