   I have retired from the construction Industry after 42 years. I have to say there were many good times and bad as well. The good times were when you started a job with a CM that knew how to build the job ran smooth. The bad times started about 10 years ago when all the superintendents that have been around got fired and interns replaced them. Having said that guess who had to teach them the ropes, The foreman\'s who cared and wanted these new supers to succeed (teach them your way). The problem with this was that the older supers that were still around didn\'t know much but yet had to show whos the boss which always ended in a back and forth. We had a super that did concrete all his career and is now trying to tell you how to build out interiors on high-end jobs which is all we did with Component. Anyway, I am very happy to get away from all that and live in peace. I wish you all success and to get to the finish line. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU
