Over the last 20 years I have managed/led teams of between 12 and 500. As Sales Controller & Commercial director for Kerry DTS (14 yrs) I directly managed 9 Regional Managers and indirectly their 500 reports. This role gave me overall responsibility for the 32 sales offices across the UK from a sales, operational and commercial perspective. I have a vast experience of people management/leadership for several years, commercial awareness, budget/target achievement and general P&L for the business. I would consider myself an excellent communicator at all levels and an understanding for peoples skill levels and how to get them there through coaching and performance management.
