Views expressed are my own. I am the Office Managing Partner and an Audit Partner in the Waterloo, ON office of KPMG. I was formally the Office Managing Partner of KPMG\'s St. John\'s, NL practice where I still spend time servicing clients. I have over 20 years experience working with both Private and Public companies in a variety of industries including retail, automotive, utilities, construction and aerospace. I am passionate about working with owners of private enterprises and helping them grow. I am a strong believer in the future of Newfoundland and Labrador and I see owner managed businesses as the engine to drive NL forward. I am proud to have served as a past Chair of the St. John’s Board of Trade (2012) and spent several years working on the Board of this prominent business organization. I am a community minded professional and spend my time working with organizations focused on our youth. I currently serve as Board Chair for Choices for Youth. I was also past Treasurer of the Kids Eat Smart Foundation.
