ABOUT STEVE PHILLIPS
I have worked for the family business for over 30 years, learning the Materials Handling Equipment industry from my late father. The early days were spent gaining product knowledge whilst running the office sales team, then going out on the road as a full time sales representative. Over the years I have managed to secure many long standing business relationships with numerous blue chip companies, government trades, the NHS, large building contractors and many high street retailers.The long-term goal is to continue to improve and to build on the foundations of the business that my father started.Specialities include listening to the customer and fully understanding their requirements, then providing a solution that surpasses their expectations and also having the ability to \"think outside of the box\" to provide a bespoke solution for the customer, rather than just offering a standard item of equipment which may not be totally suitable.
