What’s different about us?• Our guidance is the same that we’d give a member of our own family. We don’t overwhelm clients with the pros and cons of a dozen strategies. And we don’t sell annuities or any other financial products, so sales commissions play no part in what we recommend.• We do our own investment research and management. The typical advisor outsources investment management and focuses on selling. We think clients should be able to speak with the people making investment decisions for them. This can give them the confidence they need to stick with their strategy and achieve their goals. • We are very selective in what we buy. This means that we will be out of step with the market at times. That’s OK with us. It’s more important that clients receive a return over the long run that rewards them for the risk they take when investing. The best part of our Old School approach is that clients have a team of experienced people working for them. We share ideas to produce better results.
