Provide RAS operation subject matter expertise for TF 66 technical analysis- Advise team lead, team members, and all relevant stakeholders in capabilities, limitations, and specifications of extant and emerging RAS platforms and technology- Operational analysis will include but is not limited to published guidance, assumptions,operational environment, asset range, endurance, loiter, payload capacity, interoperability,autonomy, detectability, survivability, expendability- Incorporate technology and system analysis will include but is not limited to sensors, weapons, navigation, communication, propulsion, and C2 systems, as well as other payloads as necessary based on known or postulated capability gaps, desired performance characteristics, order of battle, rules of engagement and known or postulated threats- Incorporate operational analysis into the planning, execution, assessment and reporting of all events, evaluations, and assessments to appropriate boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups, related to the identification, development, and evaluation of RAS - related technologies- Provide subject matter expertise to the design and development of Flag / SES - level products and related briefings; examples include but are not limited to Exercise Schedules, Experimentation schedules, plan of actions and milestones (POAM), event planning, progress reports, after action reports (AARs), and technology assessments- Perform comparative analysis of emerging and existing technologies and systems based on operational models and intended performance environment. Coordinate and collaborate with experts in command control, communication, computer, cyber, and intelligence (C51) to ensure RAS development incorporates NATO interoperability and data exchange requirement considerations.
