This balanced approach allows me to provide a more comprehensive player evaluation process—one that respects the nuances of on-field performance while leveraging objective data to uncover hidden value.I specialize in identifying players whose skills not only project positively in models but also align with our player development philosophy, ensuring a smoother transition and greater potential for organizational impact.My career reflects loyalty, adaptability, and a growth mindset—having spent 13 years with the Seattle Mariners and 17 years with the Boston Red Sox, including two World Series championships.
