Employed at First Student as a Field Support Specialist / Vehicle Diagnostics Trainer as part of the Engineering Team. I create online and instructor led training courses for our Fleet Technicians, Managers and Regional Managers for our two LMS covering OEM Vehicle Diagnostic Programs to basic computer and Intranet/Internet navigation. I deliver hands-on vehicle diagnostics training in the U.S. and Canada on Light & Medium Duty vehicles as well as Heavy Duty vehicles from School Buses, Motorcoaches and Class 8 trucks. Duties also include producing Technical SOPs, User Guides, Quick Reference Guides with regards to Fleet Maintenance and Fleet Software Programs. I also create support materials for SOPs, Policies and Procedures. I video, edit and photograph content for training classes and provide voice narration. Software tools include the Adobe CC suite; Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Captivate, Photoshop, Audition and Acrobat. I am also a skilled user with CorelDraw and Microsoft Office Suite.
