Implemented a network automation team targeted at streamlining installation and operation of the Kaiser data network. Oversee new technology evaluation and selection to include the deployment of SD-WAN technology targeted for 650 Kaiser facilities. Manages the lifecycle upgrades of over 60K hardware devices in the Kaiser network. Interfaces with users and customers to provide solution designs needed to support their changing needs. Interfaces with security teams to enhance the security posture of the Kaiser network by integrating security standards into our data network. Implemented a service framework to better align the organization to meet the needs of our internal customers.
