Negotiates and drafts contracts for settlement, separation, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements; litigates breach of contract for marital agreements. Appointed as Certified Parent Coordinator in high-conflict child custody cases to arbitrate custodial disputes. Maximized case management efficiency by replacing Time Matters with MyCase and providing staff training.
