Taking responsibility for the day to day management of key test projects/programmes where necessary across Agile and waterfall methodologies.April 2017 – to dateRunning the Managed Test Service (onshore and offshore) for well-known Mobile Telco, covering system test, system integration test, digital, automation and performance testing.Jan 2017 – Feb 2017Undertook initial testing maturity assessment, against TPI model, for public sector client embarking on a programme of significant change (moving to new CRM system), implementing the Scalable Agile Framework for the first time. Implemented recommended test org, processes and procedures.Feb 2017 – to dateManaged the day to day transition activities on new engagement for top 5 global law firm, moving from disparate T&M test supplier framework to a Managed Test Service with Sogeti. Negotiated final version of the contract, including governance model, service catalogue and KPIs.Working with the customer as strategic Test Partner to implement their vision of Agile/DevOps, including automation and continuous integration.Jan 2016 – Jan 2017Running the Managed Test Service (onshore and offshore) for well-known Mobile Telco, covering system integration test, automation and performance testing.Taking day to day responsibility for delivering the testing for the critical projects within the two commercial launch windows each year.Jun 15 – Mar 2016Defined the UAT framework for public sector client embarking on a 80+ application data centre transfer, working across business groups and external suppliers. Accountable for the subsequent delivery of the UAT.
