With over 25 years of legal experience, I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team of the in-house legal team of PwC in the UK. I lead and manage the day to day operation of our team of 14 commercial lawyers in the UK each of whom I have recruited. I have particular focus on how we contract with our key clients globally, our key tech and managed services deals, how we build and service our network of delivery centres globally, our management of third parties and our data privacy team. I also lead on transformation within the office of general counsel and am responsible for driving change, embedding new ways of working, and looking at how and where we deliver legal support to PwC in the UK. I\'ve been with PwC since 2008 having previously worked at Capita (working on large-scale outsourcing contracts, JVs and the like), SAP (IT and consultancy contracts) and the European Commission in Brussels (large scale cross-border funding agreements).
