ABOUT STEVE OMISEL

I am a HCM Functional Consultant with a number of years experience in the PeopleSoft HCM system. My background with the system commenced from a business user perspective, through to supporting the application and into a consulting role. This background has enabled me to utilise these different aspects when working on the various projects and engaging the client.I\'ve worked on a number of PeopleSoft projects, in various capacities. From team leading, requirements gathering, documentation of business/functional requirements, building the solution, through to the different testing phases and training of users. I\'ve been able to adapt to the different requirements and responsibilities required in a project rather than focusing on a single area, and previous roles have included working on projects with both onsite and offsite teams.Functional consulting in PeopleSoft HCM versions 9.0 and 9.2 in the following modules: Human Resources, Global Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition Manager and Candidate Gateway, with recent projects involving deployment of Fluid navigation for the client.Have worked across a broad range of industries including mining, public sector, energy, higher education and fast-moving consumer goods.
