ABOUT STEVE OLIVEIRA

I am an experienced former finance & investment banking professional and now top producing real estate agent with a Seek to Serve MINDSET. I seek opportunities to build new relationships and foster existing ones across all industries and sectors. I have a passion to help people in any capacity including the opportunity to guide them in all of their buying, selling, renting, and mentorship needs. I cover residential and commercial real estate sales. During my 15+ years working in some of the most reputable Global financial institutions on Wall Street, I was able to built a successful real estate portfolio of my own and love to help others do the same. I possess a strong track record of adding tremendous value in many facets of business and real estate. I am proud of the collaborative and long lasting relationships I have formed in various domestic and foreign offices across multiple global regions, departments and companies I have worked. My mission has always been to leverage personal passions and professional experiences to bring success, growth, innovation and knowledge that is inspiring and evolving. I stand as proof that you can do anything you set your mind to. After obtaining my real estate licensed and joining Anywhere Inc as a licensed realtor in my local CB office, I generated over $13 MILLION in sales volume in just my first year as a licensed realtor while becoming a top agent in my office, & garnered accolades from industry leaders nationwide and most importantly from my local community. I am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English and can best be described as possessing a great positive entrepreneurial work ethic. My determination is always to go above and beyond the norm to infuse innovation while being a leader focused on achieving growth and success for my clients and team. Along with my partner, I now run a successful real estate team at Keller Williams Realty, called the Radius Realty Group In 2024, we closed nearly $50million in real estate sales volume while ranking amongst the top teams in the company and top 1% on the Garden State Mutiple Listing ServicesAside from my professional experiences I take great pride in being a father to two amazing little boys and being an active member of my community spending time volunteering on the board of numerous reputable organizations whose purpose is charity and improving the lives and causes of those less fortunate. In my free time I enjoy running, playing basketball and soccer, and time with my close family and friends.
