As an independent management consultant I have three primary practice areas:1) Advising on/creating digital strategy2) Designing and delivering digital transformation programmes3) Building digital capability within an organisationI am a member of several global research firms advising on digital transformation and have written a book on how to solve complex client problems.Past projects include- Providing insight and advice on the current and future shape of the digital transformation supplier landscape to enable a large Financial Services provider to build up risk profile before adding these companies as investments in their portfolio- Contributed professional consulting expertise to the development and evaluation of frontier large language models (LLMs) by designing, assessing, and refining realistic client scenarios used for AI reasoning and decision-support training.I also apply my consulting experience practically and have tested ideas by incubating and launching- WellnessPal. A digital product helping women adjust their lifestyle, diet or training based on their cycle to make sure they continue to hit their goals throughout the month-0806 Digital. A B2C e-commerce startup selling wellness tech items that boost recovery- MCRDigital Collective. An initiative which explores emerging technologies and their real-world applications — from GenAI created ebooks that rank in Amazon’s top 10%, to innovative uses of NFTs in travel photography.

Steve is a senior digital leader with experience of delivering complex digital transformations within a variety of industries and sectors. With 20+ years of professional services experience, he has built high performing digital teams and digital cultures in technology start-ups, the Big 4, the private sector and public sector ALB’s.
