About Steve Nazzaro

Steve Nazzaro is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Global Delivery North America. He overseas the implementation and execution of the Global Delivery strategy and transformation efforts, including the development of a North American Hub (similar to our locations in India, Poland, and China) to ensure that our service levels exceed clients\' expectations. Steve also heads the Wealth Manager Services business as well as our Transfer Agency operation and is accountable for the end-to-end servicing and relationship management for the largest, most complex global financial institutions served by State Street. Steve serves as a member of the State Street Operating Group. A high-level governance forum constituted to manage and drive execution and oversee performance. Steve has more than 34 years of experience at State Street. He began his career of leadership across accounting and operations divisions, servicing our Mutual Fund, Mid-Market Pension, and Defined Contribution businesses. He was instrumental in the formation of both the Specialized Trust Services and Defined Contribution Services divisions. In 2001, Steve left State Street to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Securities Finance at Brown Brothers Harriman. He rejoined State Street in 2003 as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Operations and Strategy, where he led cross-divisional initiatives aimed at the redesign of operations and established the global shared services model. In this role, he provided program management leadership of the Operations Council and coordination of all communications to ensure broad awareness of State Street\'s operational goals and programs. Steve became an Executive Vice President in 2012 after assuming ownership of the Wealth Manger Services business, and ultimately, our Institutional Investor Services group, which included asset owner clients across the United States, Canada and Latin America with defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Steve is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Archbishop Williams High School, his alma mater.
