My career and continued development has brought me to my current position of Senior Associate for the leading global workplace health & benefits firm Mercer Marsh Benefits.Initially, my career started in the health industry & began with qualifications as a personal trainer from The Hindley Health and Fitness Centre and Moat House Hotel Group before I gradually moved into the financial sector, working for well established brands such as Aviva, Direct Line Group, Natwest, Bupa, Vitality, Towergate Health & Protection and Broadstone Corporate Benefits.Successfully specialising as a training and development consultant before moving into Employee Benefits: targeting employee engagement, leadership development, coaching and team building amongst my colleagues. After obtaining thorough background knowledge of all things financial, I am interested in continual development of my skills due to the ever-changing dynamics of the financial sector.
