In my years there, I have transformed the school from a traditional \"brick and mortar\" school with few electives and no advanced courses to a school that employs a blended learning \"flex model\" that has significantly increased student opportunities in a personalized learning environment. I have training and experience in the areas of recruiting, hiring and supervising employees; training and coaching of employees; managing program and site budgets; scheduling of programs and personnel; conflict management; facility planning and operations. These duties are all in addition to the primary goals of a public school principal which are to ensure a safe and secure environment for learning and growth of students and staff.
