I am strategic and senior leader who works hard to get the best out of people whilst delivering some ambitious and inspiring outcomes.I am outgoing and enjoy relationship building and partnership working.I have been involved in leading, designing and delivering many complex programmes of work across the public and private sectors. I care about the people I work with and strive to help everyone be their best. I consistently deliver high levels of performance and am particularly keen in developing and transforming organisation cultures and behaviours as a way of delivering greater corporate performance.I helped lead a business of circa people that spends >£1bn annum. I am comfortable leading significant numbers of people with multi million £ budgets. I believe the basis of any success is creating a great place to work for all your people. That is what I do and experience shows that together we achieve a huge amount because we are all clear of what we need to do and are open to how we might do it.I work hard in all that I do and I put a lot back into the community in which I live.
