   In this role, I direct all aspects of the organization including 25 programs, a $7M budget, and over 90 employees and volunteers. I’m accountable for strategic planning, human resources, program development and leadership, finance management, regulatory compliance, and services. I also work closely with the Board of Directors in policy development. In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I serve as a National Subject Matter Expert for the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (Federal Dept.) on Crisis Response Services and Criminal Justice Services.Some of my biggest wins include:• An increase in operational revenue for PEOPLe Inc. from $383K to $7M through effective fundraising, grant writing, and financial planning.• Design and implementation of the first Crisis Stabilization Center in Northeast United States, providing an effective alternative to emergency room visits.• Planning and execution of Hospital Diversions Respites that reduce recidivism and achieve an average of $4M in savings per house.• Development of behavioral health crisis alternatives for hospitals and forensics, creating an integrated system of care which includes CIT training for local police departments.• A reduction in recidivism rates through the development of a transition process from hospital discharge which effectively utilizes transition specialist teams in the hospital and surrounding community.
