I\'m now a seasoned patent attorney with 20+ years of experience. I have solid skills, knowledge and experience in representing companies in patent infringement litigations in Federal Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (\"ITC\") and successfully invalidating patents in inter partes review (\"IPR\") proceedings, and prosecuting patent applications across many technological fields, as well as preparing product clearance / freedom-to-operate opinions addressing patent infringement and validity issues.
