I am currently working as a Commercial Manager in the Northern Home Counties region for Wates. I have operated as a resident lead commercial lead on projects to a value of £70m. For the past 10 years of my career I have been a visiting manager with P&L responsibility across a suite of 2 to 3 projects on site at the same time. These typically have a value of £25m to £40m each. I am currently commercial lead on a £500m custodial scheme which covers 3 separate sites, managing a team of 10 surveyors.
