Steven Mensch is the Sr. Vice President for Global Supply Chain for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions. Steven assumed this role in Aug 2012 and executes a high performing supply chain network across 45 direct and indirect (offshore) countries within the new organization. Steven is currently responsible for the leadership of 180 employees globally. He is leading the end to end supply chain P&L and execution including all procurement, start-ups, carve outs, continuous improvement, SIOP (supply demand inventory planning), make vs buy analysis, in-house and outsourced manufacturing, global logistics and trade compliance, and Warranty/Depot Services. Steven has more than 20 years supply chain experience in diverse industries across each of these skill areas as well as experience in Sales Operations and Finance.Steven\'s strengths include: Leadership, talent identification and development. Supply chain strategies including design, optimization and implementation. Lean initiatives that drive improved simplification, efficiency and reduced cost. Strong negotiation skills and very focused on delivering results. Solid financial and business analysis acumen. ERP implementation and divestiture experience.Steven is always interested in expanding and apply his knowledge, expertise and skills. He is also published in the supply chain digital.
