What if coaching did not entail being told what to do, but instead developed an instinct within to trust what you choose to do? What if coaching was not chasing someone else\'s definition of success, but involved simply being curious about what you are capable of achieving? While my habits now serve me to work towards my own potential, the work to consistently integrate them and even build upon them never stops. Since I started coaching - first as a swim coach before turning my attention to industries beyond sports - I have watched athletes and professionals everywhere pursue success that they themselves did not know they were capable of achieving. And I have consistently watched competitor\'s at all levels achieve what they worked towards. Even on the rare occasions when they don\'t, individuals still take so much from the process that they are prepared for challenges that come their way in the future. As I have shaped my identity as a coach I have come to determine that my role is to ensure you don’t miss out on the opportunity to realize your potential, making growth a priority throughout the work I do with all clients.
