Steve is a licensed professional mechanical engineer (Alaska, Arizona, California, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Washington) with experience in hydro-mechanical design of large and small hydroelectric facilities. He has experience conducting small hydropower facility feasibility studies and economic analyses, turbine equipment sizing, powerhouse layout, troubleshooting of various systems throughout the power plant, turbine efficiency testing, spillway gate hoist and machine design, and designing upgrades for existing equipment.
