I feel that a diverse background and experiences makes a career. My goal is to continually develop by adding a broad spectrum of knowledge and skills to my repitoire. This may be accomplished by both lateral and vertical movement. This background will allow me to use my creativity to bring more efficient processes and operations to my institution. My areas of focus throughout my career have included organic chemistry, molecular discovery and screening, Agricultural Regulatory/Regulatory Science with focus on US as well as EU requirements, Global Strategic Marketing, Competitive and Marketing Intelligence, Financial Analysis, Digital Agriculture, Acquisitions, Negotiations, Business and Functional Integration, Business Analytical Scenarios and Project Management and now Customer Experience. All of these experiences give me what I think to be a unique perspective spanning technical and business applications.
