Currently part of the Pioneering Innovation group at CP Kelco, a global provider of nature-based ingredients, based in San Diego. I am a trained chemical engineer who has spent much of my career in process development and the manufacturing of fermentation-derived ingredients. I have intimate knowledge of large-scale fermentation processes and have worked in all of CP Kelco’s fermentation manufacturing sites in the United States and China. My current focus is in the alternative protein space and how CP Kelco can contribute to this evolving foodscape. Prior experience includes management in the Research And Development function at CP Kelco.
