I’m an experienced operations and customer service leader at the Tanner Bolt & Nut branch located at our corporate headquarters on Montauk Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. We are New York City’s single source industrial supplier offering more than products to serve the industrial and construction supply needs of general contractors, OEM and MRO accounts throughout the New York City metropolitan area. I have experience driving revenue growth by opening up new markets and expanding product lines. With nearly twenty years experience in industrial supply distribution and procurement, I am uniquely positioned to deliver application specific application solutions for our clients. I partner with our clients to better understand their requirements and provide expert product recommendations that save them time and money. Since I began working at Tanner the Customer Service Department has grown considerably from seven employees to more than 28 in 2020. I played a key decision-making role in recruiting and hiring the right employees to fit our company culture of customer service, resulting in less turnover than the industry average. I’m known for empowering our personnel by including them in the decision-making process and allowing them wide latitude to serve our clients. Through coaching and mentoring I make sure our reps have the tools they need to successfully serve our clients.
