As a leader at Fidelity Investments, I focus on striving to deliver an extraordinary experience for our customers. I started in the financial services industry to help people achieve their financial dreams. To that end, I follow four golden rules:1. Hire great people who have a tremendous desire to succeed.2. Third, create a team culture that empowers individuals to challenge themselves and share their honest perspective on all issues. Fourth, have fun!
