An experienced manager and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management with over 40 years service in the printing industry. Specialties: Customer technical support. Performance management. Change management. Team building. Team development. Communication. Workflows. Colour management. I have extensive experience in the sheetfed general commercial sector as well as 18 years with one of the largest heatset web magazine printers in the U.K. I have overseen the evaluation and implementation of a number of technical advances within my own area and the wider business with recent employers. I have managed teams in challenging market sectors and achieved results. I enjoy working with people and have always strived to help anyone in my team improve and develop their skills and knowledge. Personal development is something that I am passionate about and being given the opportunity to help the next generations of managers is a great responsibility. My role now gives me the chance to give something back by helping others realise their potential, become the best that they can be and enjoy that journey too.
