Our team finished 2024 at 105% of ARR Bookings while adding 43 New Logos contributing to more than $2.5M in ARR (>20%).Our team success comes from constant collaboration both internally (Sales,Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Renewals, Business Development, Partners, Executives, and Marketing) and externally using Innovation Days to provide customers with insights on how to best optimize their customer service experiences using the latest technologies like AI to reduce costs while increasing CSAT and ESAT.
