As a technically astute, highly accomplished IT systems manager, I have gained a proven track record of success in the delivery of highly-available services, from installing new technical solutions, to implementing technology based on end user needs, specialising in finance systems.I am an advocate of change with a continual focus on operating in partnership with business to define and introduce major transformation programmes, including the implementation of JBA System21, Oracle and Dynamics to optimise every aspect of the organisation and provide an efficient ERP solution. In order to implement change, I maximise end-to-end Prince2 project management techniques to transform existing finance systems, re-engineer processes, migrate data and strengthen interfaces, whilst facilitating extracts for auditing teams to ensure integrity and security.
