We are very comfortable investing in distressed companies, as well as, high growth opportunities. We possess significant experience in both growing companies and turning companies around and positioning them to dramatically increase enterprise value. We look at fundamentals first, NOT exit opportunities. We believe the exit will take care of itself if we approach things with a mindset that embraces celebrating the little things, holding one another accountable, communicating openly and with integrity, learning from failure, and rewarding results.
