After 20 years, Simon and Larry and partners founded Greenwich Group International, LLC, which has now been in existence for 25 years. 22 years ago, James Flood joined GGI as Partner and CFO, subsequently serving for 14 years as Executive Vice President & CFO for The Related Companies, one of the nation’s leading acquisition/development, financial services and property management companies.The firm offers three main business lines: Capital Markets (debt/equity placement and structured financial solutions), Investment Sales, and Development Services.
