Leadership of the Commercial Portfolio Manager Team for South Florida and the Treasure Coast region. Responsibilities include:* Training, coaching and developing of teammates.* Review and decisioning of new commercial credit requests, renewals and annual servicing of the portfolio.* Ensures completeness and accuracy of commercial loan packages to include written credit memorandum, financial analysis of the borrower and guarantor and proper risk ratings.* Guides the relationship managers through the credit approval process, ensuring balance between clients needs and proper structure, sizing and profitability of credit requests.* Monitors & services the large commercial loan portfolio for the region by staying up to date on past due accounts, covenant adherence, risk rating changes and local economic factors that could impact the portfolio.* Accompanies Relationship Managers on calls with existing and/or prospective clients. Maintains positive working relationships with internal business partners.* Responsibility for compliance pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and OFAC regulations.* Involvement with external organizations in the business, civic and philanthropic fields to positively represent the Bank.
