A fully warranted police officer, where my duty is unpaid, and I conduct duty outside of my normal day-job. During this time I have held various ranks including Special Constable, Sergeant, Inspector, and my current role of Chief Inspector. My accountabilities include:• Awarded an MBE for my voluntary work with the Gloucestershire Constabulary over 20 years• Promoted through accredited College of Policing promotion process• Lead Senior Management Team and report directly to Chief Officer• 5 Inspectors as direct reports• County-wide accountability for volunteer officers• Strategic operational planning and management• Major incident response & command• County lead on Road Safety Education & Enforcement• Development of key relationships with partner agencies (Gloucestershire Road Safety Partnership, District & County councils, Fire service)
