Prior responsibilities is an ex-pat assignment as IT lead for a cloud based Greenfield S/4HANA implementation in Israel. Successfully went live in Aug 2020. Including full scope SAP ERP capabilities, including Order to Cash, Requisition to Check, Finance, Procure to Pay, and Logistics. Additional program scope included Salesforce Service Cloud integrated to SAP for high volume B2B and B2C call centers as well as GE’s Smart Manufacturing solution. Other duties included the delivery of SAP technology solutions globally for A large consumer products corporation. Including HANA, and the SAP application suite, including but not limited to SAP ERP, BW, CRM, SCM, and SRM. Additional responsibilities include leading an Enterprise Collaboration and Workflow team, SAP application security team, Database administration, and IT Operational Excellence. Broad Leadership experience leading a large and diverse global team which operates on five continents. Familiar with organizational design, constructing and executing outsourcing agreements, in-sourcing, and co-sourcing delivery models. Long term experience with partner management, and contract negotiations. Financial responsibilities focused on managing a multi-million-dollar global budget with proven year over year cost optimization.
