About Steve Leach
I lead the Marketing organization for Chiesi’s CARE Business Unit, overseeing commercial strategy and execution for our Hospital portfolio, while drawing on past marketing leadership experiences across Specialty, Primary Care, and Rare Disease markets. I’ve successfully launched new products as well as delivered double‑digit growth in late‑lifecycle brands. A major focus of my work today is transforming how our organization operates—advancing omnichannel marketing adoption, modernizing processes, and elevating capability maturity across brand and field teams. I’m currently leveraging AI to redefine the client–agency relationship, reshaping how content is created, scaled, and governed to increase speed, quality, and strategic coherence. As an Army veteran, I help shape Chiesi’s military‑affiliated initiatives and through partnerships that strengthen support for veterans and military families.
