ABOUT STEVE LANG
As the Managing Director of Disc, I am responsible for all operational aspects of the UK\'s leading platform for managing low-level crime and anti-social behaviour. With over 230 Disc implementations, covering over 550 towns, cities, and areas, we provide our customers with the best product and service in the industry. I have been with Disc since Aug 2020, when I joined as the lead for Business Development, and was promoted to my current role in Aug 2022. I have over 30 years of experience as a Police Officer and since 2014 have been exclusively engaged in the field of business crime reduction, having set up, developed and ran a Countywide Business Crime Reduction Partnership, including as a Director of the National Association of Business Crime Partnerships. I am also a qualified Data Protection Officer and have extensive knowledge of GDPR, especially as it relates to Business Crime Reduction Partnerships. I am passionate about helping our customers and potential clients to implement and develop their Disc platforms, to maximise engagement, compliance, and impact. My goal is to ensure that Disc remains the UK\'s leading Business Crime Reduction Platform and a trusted partner for businesses, police, councils, and BIDs.
