   Oversees all technical aspects for delivery of 8 high-performance satellite vehicles across two prime contractors. This constellation includes high-performance missile tracking infrared imaging payloads and state of the art optical crosslinks, and successfully delivered space vehicles in less than half the time of traditional space acquisitions. The program is currently postured for a second launch of additional space vehicles in mid-2023.
